Venus Michael helps business owners turn financial information into practical decisions. As the founder of One21 Account-Ability, she combines bookkeeping experience with Profit First support and strategic advisory services.
Her work starts with understanding the person behind the business. What do you want your company to support? Where does money feel confusing? Which decisions keep landing on your desk?
From there, Venus helps connect your numbers with your goals. For example, that might mean reviewing cash flow, planning for owner’s pay, or exploring whether your business can support its next hire.
Venus is also the author of Profit First for Photographers. In the book, she helps photographers apply the Profit First system to the realities of running a photography business.
Based in Leander, Texas, Venus works virtually with creative entrepreneurs, attorneys, and other service business owners nationwide. Her approach brings honest guidance, practical questions, and no shame—so you can understand your business and lead with greater confidence.
